Thoughts
This year has been a busy year, the months just flew by,…i reached my lowest weight of 77.8Kg on 22 February 2014…but became lax in eating and exercise and gained weight and am 81.1KG.
It is so hard to be focus and concentrate on food and exercise when my mind is not in the right state.
But i am regaining my body i will i am aiming to lose this month at least 75 KG by 21 April i can do this…NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE and i will exercise.
Today is refocusing on my LC and exercise
I will be more diligent in updating this fitness blog.
