2014 and 2015 Happenings

Dear Diary,

I am back on the last day of 2014. 31 Dec and my weight alas though i tried my hardest is 89.5KG.

I went back to my love of Turbo Jam and now doing Turbo FIre.

For today I'm giving myself some allowance, i am still hopefully will be less carbs during lunch and dinner but i am going to buy

And maybe enjoy it with Coke Zero for the night.

My weight may increase, but i accept that and on 1 January 2015.

 I vow to start anew and take it on a monthly basis.

January Goals

Fitness
Exercise 5 to 6  times a week @30 to 60 mins
100 situps
100 armrolls
100 calf raises
60 s wall seat and plank.

Nutrition
Paleo (less to no carbs and fruits and veggies only)
Try to avoid Junk and Sugar
Drink: 3 Litre water and Coke Zero and Green Tea allowed)

Back..Year in Review…The Struggle is Real

Dear Diary,

I am back and the year is gone..my weight wise has been up and down and now mostly gain.

I gain all the weight back…my highest last last year was 89.9KG.

Guess what I'm back to square one…now in the 89KG range i cannoy believe how much i let myself slide.

Jan: was on track exercised daily and went for my runs.

Feb , Marc, April and May: weight maintaining not going up.

May: Went back and gain all the weight 5KG to 85KG and no loss

June, July, August, Sept, Oct, Nov: Because of a remark, gain and gain the weight…now 89KG

There is still 10 more days till end of 2014.

Thus have made a commitment to exercise and control my diet somewhat.

18 August 2014 (Monday) : Restart Low Carb and Exercise on Point

Weight: 86.2KG (Gain of 2.2KG approximate)

Note
I gained massive weight, exercise was on point, exercised 5 times out of 7.

Hopefully I'm building muscles. but I'm scared its because of my diet too much carb and 

i am ashamed to say i binged on the Choc Hazelnut Butter and also the weekend was such a blast no control at all. So today its a brand new restart of eating cleaner and I'm planning to low carb and see the differences.

Plan this week exercise 5 to 6 times
Low carbing as much as possible, snacks limit it.
Dinner must be protein and veggies/no snacks at night and focus  water.

13 August 2014 (Wednesday)

Weight: 84.2/84.3 (hopefully its because of the muscle and i did not eat so clean yesterday)

This body measurements were the same as when i really started my W.L journey, no wonder i can feel the gain, i can overcome this..Focus….Focus!1

Thoughts

Trying to get on track is so hard, exercise wise JM is worth it, i can feel my body getting stronger.
But my whole body is aching now.

Foodwise trying my best to eat cleaner, i can do this Baby Steps no pressure.

Focus on Eat clean and Exercise and Drink lots of water.

D: Ate too much to share

Renewal 2014 12 August 2014 Tuesday

Dear Diet Diary,

2014 has passed by in a blur for me. i was super on track in January, even running 5KM was no problem.

Now fast forward to August, when in glee i went back for Holidays in May

i was 80.0KG back from holiday i gained 3KG so 83KG.

The weight and my laxed eating still caused my 3KG holiday gains not to budge, and no exercise… the subsequent holiday period and festivities i even gained weight until 85.9KG. 

I felt my clothes becoming tighter my hips expansion undeniable. Everytime i gain it goes straight to my weight. I felt uncomfortable and it showed in pictures, the extra rolls the double chin.

I was in denial. i was so lax, thank God for following fitness Igers.

I realized this cannot go on, i do not and i will not spend my Birthday in my 80s. 

I will make sure this year is a year of change for me.

As i look at weight loss transformation and they were transforming their bodies monthly, why cannot i be the same. 

Why must i remain in this static conundrum, just lamenting my weight gain and not doing anything about it. 

I must reboot its not too late, its so easy to slide back into the 90s. Its always against you.

So from August i have started to reboot my fitness and my body. 

I cherish it, its the only one i have.

To eat in moderation, Clean eating plus LC but my key is exercise,

After 85.9KG on 27 July, now the weight is going off.

Today 12 August i am 84KG (loss of 1.9KG)

I am going to do weekly weigh ins.

I am going to be in my 60s for my birthday. At least 69KG

Foodwise;

I am focusing on clean plus low carbing

I am still incorporating carbs like the honey oat bread , i am not going too extreme (i had severe constipation problem last time)

My plan is like this

Meal Plan

B: Bread + Nut Butter, fruits and coffee
L: Protein and veggies
D: Protein and veggies.

(The only carbs i am consuming will be for breakfast)

TJ 20 mins or Eliptical P1 for 30 mins
