2014 and 2015 Happenings

Dear Diary,

I am back on the last day of 2014. 31 Dec and my weight alas though i tried my hardest is 89.5KG.

I went back to my love of Turbo Jam and now doing Turbo FIre.

Food wise

For today I'm giving myself some allowance, i am still hopefully will be less carbs during lunch and dinner but i am going to buy

Garrets Chicago Mix
Cheesepuff

And maybe enjoy it with Coke Zero for the night.

My weight may increase, but i accept that and on 1 January 2015.

 I vow to start anew and take it on a monthly basis.

January Goals

Fitness
Exercise 5 to 6  times a week @30 to 60 mins
100 situps
100 armrolls
100 calf raises
60 s wall seat and plank.

Nutrition
Paleo (less to no carbs and fruits and veggies only)
Try to avoid Junk and Sugar
Drink: 3 Litre water and Coke Zero and Green Tea allowed)
