Food Diary
B: sugar free coffee+creamer, 2 slice honey oat bread + hazelnut choc butter

S: sugar free gum, water

L: grilled fish, salmon slice, fried fish, grilled prawn, rice, tofu, miso soup, chawan mushi, coke light

S: cranberry tea & aloe vera, SF strawberry pastilles

D: Ate too much to share

Thoughts

On track so far, must keep up and eat clean and most important exercise!!
