18 August 2014 (Monday) : Restart Low Carb and Exercise on Point

Weight: 86.2KG (Gain of 2.2KG approximate)

Note
I gained massive weight, exercise was on point, exercised 5 times out of 7.

Hopefully I'm building muscles. but I'm scared its because of my diet too much carb and 

i am ashamed to say i binged on the Choc Hazelnut Butter and also the weekend was such a blast no control at all. So today its a brand new restart of eating cleaner and I'm planning to low carb and see the differences.

Plan this week exercise 5 to 6 times
Low carbing as much as possible, snacks limit it.
Dinner must be protein and veggies/no snacks at night and focus  water.


Food Diary
B:5 Strawberries, 2 String Cheese, Coffee and Creamer, Water.
S: Strawberry Pastilles.
