Food Diary

B: Duro and Water, 2 soft boiled eggs and Iced Coffee.
S: chewing gum and lakerol
L: sweet sour fish, grapes, tamago, rock melon, orange juice, evian water, water
S: chewing gum, lakerol and strawberry drops
D: chili chicken breasts, sweet potato fries, fried mushrooms,tabasco sauce and water

Thoughts

It sucks for my weight to fluctuate now its 81.1 KG, how i wish to be in the 70s.

Maybe il do weekly weigh in instead :(. Il focus on non-scale victory instead.

But I'm sticking to it 5 days of cardio and Sat is for weights that i planned to do Turbo Jam

I can do it, preserve and not do any cheat day until my holiday in April-May.

But yesterday was such an achievement for me,

First time in my life i slow jog for 45  mins nonstop/4.21 km/499 calories on 14 JAN 2014

I was soo HAPPY, really its mind over matter, nothing is impossible.

Target for 2014: To jog/run nonstop for 60 mins.

On an empty stomach. Was feeling the burn, really felt like stopping but i kept telling myself just 10 more minutes, i can do this fighting!!

Planning to run outside later…even if i feel tired i can do this i will keep at it and SLOG ON!!!!

Focus focus.
