S: wasabi nuts and peas
L: 6 chicken strips, coleslaw, chili sauce, iced hazelnut latte
S: freeze dry veggies snacks
D: edamame, chicken breasts, green beans, water

Weigh  In : 82 KG

Exercise
(planned 30 mins exercise)

Thoughts

I just feel blue today my weight is still 82,..i just feel like eating anything and everything.


But i must go through this threshold and do my exercise later at least 30 mins
