Thoughts

The truth is i have been suffering from hemorrhoids these past month. I don't know is it because of the duromine, lack of food or exercise. The thing is i do not want to see the bloody stools anymore.

I don't want to endanger myself…my health is above my thinness..what is the use of being thin when you are not healthy.

So now i have decided to stop duromine for a week and see if this clears up…i am using fybogel and a syrup stool softener. But my diet and exercise will still continue.. at least 5 times of exercise a month.

I can do this…i will focus on non-scale victories.

On the exercise i am doing so well i cannot believe, me a person who never run before in 2013 has managed to jog for 4.67 KM yesterday at 47.47 min. I just have to keep at it and never give up but now my legs are all sore. We will see if i will go for a run later or not.
