*** Fantastic Exercise Today…Fighting!!

But yay!! On 20 January 2014 for the first time ever i did two rounds at the park jogging for 50 mins and i jogged for 4.75KM woohoo nearing 5KM..

New Year Target : TO JOG NON STOP FOR 60 MINS

I cannot believe I'm did it….actually when i first started yesterday, i felt like taking a wee but i held it in…i kept saying to myself already at the park, its such a waste if i go back home now.

So i fought the urge and just went on and stayed on the track.

I am still a novice so I'm still trying to find my pace. But il get the hang of it for sure.

Usually I'm a shy person, and if i see see strangers staring il stop jogging , but yesterday for some apparent reason i felt proud and i jogged on even if i saw some construction workers.

I was proud that i can keep on jogging for 50 min though slow pace and i don't care if people seeing me say in their heart that I'm more towards fast walking hhaha.

I will keep at this, later I'm going for my jog again.

I feel grateful for God for giving me these body.

I feel grateful to my feet to be able to go on despite my weight.

I love my body i can do this… i will be in the best possible shape !!

Sometimes it is really mind over matter, if the mind gives up the body gives up.

Many times along the way i feel like stopping but i still went on, i force my mind saying its just a bit more,…its just up ahead and i achieve it something i thought impossible for a non-runner for me to do i did it and i still cannot believe it.

Fighting!!!!
