Food Diary

M: Water , Apple slice, Trail mix and Yoghurt
S: Lakerol
L: 2 piece zucchini slice,  one chili chicken breast, pumpkin slice and ketchup, water
S: lakerol and chewing gum
D: 1 chili chicken breast, slice roasted pumpkin, one zucchini slice, 1 avocado + ranch dressing, cold water
S:  chewing gum and lakerol

Exercise

Slow jog 35 mins/5mph/2.55 km
20 calf raises +2kg weights
100 crunches



Thoughts


Yayyyy, i lost weight today…but i decided that this daily weigh in is actually putting pressure on me and i forgotten to eat my duromine pills today, i should be more consistent. You can do this. Plan after wrk to exercise then eat my prep meal in that sequence!!

Good day i did my slow jog again fighting…..:D

Current Weight Loss: 81.5 KG ( 8.4 KG LOSS FROM HW: 89.9KG)
