Current Weight Loss: 81.7 KG ( 8.2 KG LOSS FROM HW: 89.9KG)
I actually gained but it was ok as i actually ate a lot over the weekend. And i was also not exercising feeling a bit in a funk.
So happy my weight keeps on dropping, keep at it, fighting. Just focus on it, no carbs, less sugar.
