Food Diary

M: Water and Duromine
S: Chewing Gum
L: Trail mix, cherry greek yoghurt, chestnuts, water
S: lakerol and chewing gum
D: 2 piece zuchinni slice, small piece of chicken breasts
S: 2 piece of chocolate bar

Thoughts
i did not actually lose weight today, not eating clean, too many sugar, i feel like I'm too dependent on the scale and the non- weight loss is actually making me depressed, i should really start exercising tomorrow but i plan to go grocery shopping first to stock on my essential. Losing weight is always an uphill battle.

I am actually kinda constipated doing the No 2 actually hurts me.. what should i too???

Had a good meal prep managed to make 5 portions of food and did my zucchini slice for the first time ever was delish i can do this ….fighting!!!

Current Weight Loss: 81.7 KG ( 8.2 KG LOSS FROM HW: 89.9KG)
