Exercise
(planned 30-40 mins Cardio/100 sit-ups/50 total leg toner/ 30 calf raises)
I am planning to do a 100 days challenge with my fren with active rest days (10 mins of cardio) on those days. We will see how that goes.
Thoughts
As expected my weight fluctuated today hahah, it was not so shocking but as usual was expecting a loss.
The thing with weightless after many countless attempts i know the KEY is PATIENCE.
And i know when you weight train you are building muscle off course you are going to weigh more.
The thought of doing daily weigh in seems very good.
I am upping my water intake because as usual as doing my business is harder.
I have to preserve.
I have proved to myself the miracle of my body, i can run albeit a slow jog. I will be a RUNNER.
But i know with constant tries it will become easier.
The future seems bright i can feel that i will reach my goals.
My body is firming up nicely, i can see it in my face, legs, arms, stomach and i can see my collarbones finally emerging i cannot wait to see when that happens.
The thing is sometimes when i lay in bed. I regret setting this journey too late..
I wish i did this journey earlier, though it is the hardest ever i will never back out…
I have to invest in my body for my health for old age..its the only body i got.
I have to cherish it, nourish it…
I LOVE MYSELF.
