Exercise
Good workout Day, burned a total of 355 calories in total..woot woot.
Slow jog at the whole park again, it was not easy but i kept on going….building up my endurance.
TOTAL TIME/DIST :30.31 min/2.73 KM
WHOLE PARK: 24.26 mins/260 cals
Floor Exercise and Arms Toning : 13.49 mins/95 cal
Thoughts
Yay!!..soo Happy my weight is dropping again, i cannot wait to be in my 70s.
Weight Fluctuation sucks but i am maybe going to scale down my weigh in to Monday weigh Ins instead.
My whole body is feeling sore today but I'm hoping to slip in at least 30 mins of cardio later and off course the dailies must be done no matter what.
My hope for the future is brighter…Weight Loss and Exercising is really Mind Over Matter.
Yesterday while on the jog many times i felt like stopping and just walking but i forced myself to slow jog even though i think people looking at me may think I'm walking but i was actually slow jog.
I could feel my body jiggling but i just went on…during moments of shyness i look to the ground.
But i know the importance of form so after this i am just going to look up ahead..
I HAVE TO BE PROUD OF MYSELF!!
I AM PROUD OF MYSELF!!!
I CAN DO THIS…
FOCUS And YOU WILL REAP THE BENEFITS…
No matter how long it takes…i will go on…
No matter how painful… it is i will pre severe.
