Exercise

Thoughts
Weight loss is never easy. Due to my indulgence last weekend my weight swung over to 82KG,the horror.

Now slow and steady I'm losing it again, yesterday was a grueling exercise, i felt dehydrated and i felt like giving up during the second round.

But i kinda dragged my right foot along and actually forced myself to jog though i was feeling numb in my right legs, maybe i need more better running shoes.

And at night i was feeling too much indulgence so i did not eat dinner but i just drink my coffee milk,

I know it is not good, but i need to lose weight i cannot do it more often.

My workload is catching up with me go a whole load of work this week, hopefully i can stay on track on my eating and exercise front. I am still going to keep my exercise front no matter what.

I can do this. i have embarked on a 100 day exercise challenge where i exercise for 100 days nonstop hopefully I'm up for it…Fighting and starting 1 february my plan is like this;

My 100 days Exercise Challenge from 29 January to 7 May 2014.

First February Veggies/Fruits/Yoghurt/Soup for dinner only
