Food Diary

M: trail mix and water
S: Lakerol and chewing gum
L: Nandos chicken breast plus chicken wings, sweet potato mash and coleslaw, coke light, ketchup, javachip frapuccino
S: lakerol and chewing gum
D:  
S:  chewing gum and lakerol

Exercise

(plan 30 mins cardio plus daily exercises)


Thoughts


 I forgot to eat my duromine have to be consistent in eating it, I'm losing weight yayness have to keep at it…. i cannot wait to be in the 70s again….i can do this…..,Fighting

Current Weight Loss: 80.9KG ( 9 KG LOSS FROM HW: 89.9KG)
