Food Diary

B: Duro and Water, 2 bananas, coffee milk, packet of cashew and macadamia wasabi
s: 2 strawberry lakerol
L: Nandos chicken breast, sweet potato mash and coleslaw, mineral water, ketchup
s: chewing gum, lakerol
D: Baked Chicken Breast, Stir Fry Veggies, Sweet Potato Fries
s: chewing gum

Weight : 81.1KG (WL of  8.8KG from HW of 89.9KG)

Exercise

Thoughts

Enjoyed myself during the weekend, really showed in my weight fluctuations today.

I have decided to do monday weigh ins instead…please make me strong about this.

What i think affected my weight fluctuations;

-bag of semi-sweet almonds,
-fried chicken and chili sauce ( too much batter)
- fruit punch slushie
-2 bottles of vitamin water
-My lunch and dinner was in very big portions..

Altogether and enjoyable but not clean week

But i forgive myself for thats transgression.

I am doing better today, I can do this. I can lose weight no matter how long it takes.

This journey is never easy keep my head up and do it.
