Thoughts
I indulge too much including eating one whole bag of chips, yes i binged on salty fatty crisp,
Feeling hate is too much for me.
So now what i can only do is get back on track on my eating and exercise.
The thing is that the only thing i can do i will not vomit it out , i love my body too much to hurt it.
This body that i had let go out of control. i will fix it, i will make it better more toned, more nourish..
I can do this, so i will never give up.
