S: chewing gum, lakerol and iced hazelnut latte (large)
D: Grilled chicken salad, 2 mc wings, bbq sauce, coke light
S: coke light and chewing gum.

A good day please maintain this momentum and also started exercising today. I can do this.
Current Weight Loss: 81.9 KG ( 8 KG LOSS FROM HW: 89.9KG)
I am so happy my weight is dropping everyday, i have to keep at it. I just have to continue to eat lesser at night. And drink lots of water so i don't be constipated. Hopefully i can start my daily exercises today.
